Eve Del Monte, LCPC

My name is Eve Del Monte and I am a licensed professional counselor and the owner of Towson Mental Health, LLC.  I have worked exclusively with teenagers, young adults and their families throughout my career. I earned Bachelors of Science in Cognitive Studies and Sociology from Vanderbilt University. I then moved to Washington, DC to study at George Washington University and earned a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. While completing my masters internship at MSA Child and Adolescent, a partial hospitalization program in Columbia, Maryland, I realized my passion for working with teenagers struggling with anxiety and depression.

Since then, I have worked with teenagers, young adults and their families in a variety of treatment settings including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient providing individual, group, and family therapy.  While I have treated and provided therapy to teenagers and young adults with a wide range of mental health disorders, I specialize in treating anxiety and depression. I employ a variety of therapeutic strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I believe that each person is unique and I work with the individual to find which strategies will work best for that person.
