Eve earned her Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Studies and Sociology from Vanderbilt University and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Washington University. During her graduate training at MSA Child & Adolescent, a partial hospitalization program, she discovered her passion for supporting teens and young adults facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges.

Over the past decade, Eve has worked across residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient treatment settings, providing individual, family, and group therapy. This diverse clinical experience allows her to understand the unique needs of clients at different stages of treatment and to provide care that is both compassionate and effective.

Eve has extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, and trauma. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). She believes that therapy should be individualized, collaborative, and practical, helping clients identify their strengths while developing the skills needed to overcome challenges and thrive.

As the owner of Towson Mental Health, Eve is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, young adults, and families throughout Maryland. She frequently collaborates with parents, schools, and other professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive support both inside and outside the therapy office.
